2. BROOKSTONE RETURN POLICY
We want you to love shopping at Brookstone. If for any reason you don’t love your purchase, bring it back. All merchandise (except massage chairs) purchased from Brookstone in new condition with original packaging may be exchanged or refunded in the original form of payment within 60 days of purchase with an original receipt.
Returns made within 60 days of the date of purchase may be exchanged or refunded in the original form of payment.
Merchandise returned with a gift receipt within 60 days of the date of purchase may be exchanged or returned for a Brookstone gift card. Brookstone gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. See back of gift card for all terms and conditions. All promotional items/gift cards given away with a purchase must be returned with the qualifying item or their value will be deducted from any refund.
Cash returns that exceed cash on hand levels at time of return will be issued a refund by mail.
Some items cannot be returned if opened, including but not limited to the AR Drone or Star Wars Drones by Propel.
Brookstone gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except to the extent required by law. Please see the back of our Brookstone gift cards for all applicable terms and conditions related to their use and redemption.
Select merchandise, including but not limited to massage chairs may be subject to a restocking fee or return delivery and/or shipping & handling charges except where prohibited by law.
The value of any promotional item or gift card given in conjunction with a sale and not physically returned will be deducted at time of the return.
All sales of items purchased at Brookstone Liquidation and Outlet centers are “as is” final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund or merchandise credit.
Purchases made using “gaming” or “player” points at casino stores are only returnable to the original location.
After 60 days, please refer to the original manufacturer’s warranty for product service issues.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
Brookstone accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, JCB, and Discover. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card.
4. PROBLEMS ORDERING ONLINE?
If you experience technical problems while ordering online, please contact Customer Care.
5. MULTIPLE CREDIT CARD ORDERS
Unfortunately, our site cannot accept orders using multiple credit cards. However, you may call one of our Sales Associates to place an order using up to three different credit cards as long as the cardholder name and billing address for each card is the same. Most orders are shipped from our Distribution Center, arrive five to seven business days from receipt of your order.
7. TRACKING ORDERS
We are pleased to offer online package tracking for orders that have already shipped from our warehouse. Order tracking is not available for certain specialty items, or for items that ship via the US Postal Service. To access package tracking, please click here.
